It wouldn’t be strange for a person who had bought a house without a garage, only to have one made in a later date. For some people, they consider building a garage for just one car wouldn’t be too economical, but with modern 1 car garage plans today, it shouldn’t be as expensive.

2 Story Garage Plans

Having a big family would definitely mean having all the articles of items and knickknacks that would eventually need to be stored away. Or better yet, a place where it can be made as a recreational room that would seem better than the basement. This can be done with the right 2-story garage plan.

A 2 story garage have been an invaluable way of creating a more secure space for personal belongings or the means of getting an extra room for something else. As it suggests, it may require remodeling or just simply constructing an entirely new garage in order to fit the homeowner’s needs.

RV Garage Plans

There is an estimated 1 out of 10 Americans that own an RV, and it’s the next best thing when it comes to cross country traveling with a group or family. Of course it would be appropriate if housing a RV requires having a RV garage plan.

In a way it’s pretty much adding 2 and 2 together, but the cost may be a little higher unlike constructing a regular car garage. Most of the materials may be the usual standard ones when it comes to creating a garage, yet other modifications such as an elevated roof and exhaust needed in order to protect the RV from any unnecessary exposure to the elements.
